Area Fausta specializes in assisted parent-child contact and assistance with child handovers between parents. When parents separate and share a child, they often want to remain involved in the child’s upbringing separately. These situations can be complex and challenging for both the children and parents.
Our staff can accompany you to the location of child handover, helping to calm the situation and facilitate the child’s transition from one parent to another. They always prepare a report detailing the handover process, which you can use if you decide to involve the court.
In some cases, it’s necessary to have a third person present throughout the contact between parent and child—whether due to extended separation, the child’s very young age, or different native languages. In such cases, we offer the presence of an assisting staff member who can help with communication or caregiving guidance upon agreement. A report is also prepared for each assisted contact session.
If you live abroad and cannot regularly visit your child, we can arrange assisted phone or Skype calls. Sometimes, you might prefer not to have the other parent present during the call, or you may need assistance with communication, especially if your child speaks a different native language. We offer assisted Skype or WhatsApp calls, with reports provided afterward.
Currently, our services are offered in English, German, and by arrangement in Russian and Romanian.
Separation or divorce can be one of the most challenging life situations. If you need support or assistance in your situation, you can also utilize our Psychological Counseling services, which can be provided in English upon agreement.
If you are interested in collaborating with us, please email us at areafausta@seznam.cz. A staff member who speaks your language will contact you within 3 days.
We are a private institution, and our services are directly paid for by clients.
For any questions, you can visit our website in Czech, where our services are further detailed. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, feel free to reach out, and we will try to find a solution together.
