We do everything we can. The protection of your personal data and privacy is our main priority, considering the nature of our work.
If you send us an email, we will process your email address and your name. If you call us, we usually save the phone number you call us from together with your name.
If you share any personal and sensitive information with us, we memorise it.
If we must share the information with other team members, we will do so via email (we believe the operators will process the data in a way that ensures privacy and security). We use the WhatsApp application which was rated as the most secure messaging application using encryption methods to ensure information security. Written reports from supervised contacts and exchanges are stored on Google Drive which can be only accessed by the team members. For any member of our team who decides they will no longer work with us, we will immediately disable their access to the files.
Any hard copies will be safely stored in locked cabinets in our office, which can be accessed by the director of Area Fausta only.
Each member of our team has undergone internal training on how to handle personal data. Nothing has changed for us since secure data handling was our priority even before the general data protection regulation had been implemented. Considering the issue of data storage, we decided that all data will be stored until the child reaches the age of majority. An essential component of employment contracts is a confidentiality agreement. By signing this form, the staff agrees to maintain confidentiality for the duration of their employment as well as following its termination. This document was extended by the amendment about handling personal data according to the new regulation of GDPR.
According to the GRPR regulation, clients have the right to be informed about the collection and use of their personal data. Please send us an email or arrange an appointment with us and we will be happy to provide the requested information.
You have the right to expect us to revise your personal data. We can assure you that we are constantly aiming to operate with the most up-to-date data.
You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data. If we delete your personal data, however, we will no longer be able to assist you.
